Cleaning your room is important Link. Cleaning and organising your mind is also important.

I enjoy taking weekly walks to sort through my thoughts, yet I often find myself revisiting problems I thought I had already solved, only to forget the solutions or the feelings that let me be able to solve them. My concepts about life are scattered everywhere: in notebooks, WhatsApp chats, my phone web tabs, my other phone web tabs, sticky notes, multiple Google Docs, and even scribbled on my walls, whiteboard and my car. What I need is a unified system that's easy to access anytime, anywhere, allowing me to retrieve and refine my old ideas effortlessly and share them with people.

Think of the brain as a place that has files "thoughts", a desk, other furniture "tools". Its a room that you can control the size of you and will live in it for the rest of your life "life is a single player game .. Naval". If this room is a bit more organized than the average person you will probably be better than the average person. The more I write, organize my files the more I will have a room for new ones + be clear about the exisiting. Just like organizing items in a car trunk makes everything fit better and easier to find, maintaining mental order enhances efficiency. — watch the movie "Inside Out".

In control systems you need a feedback sensor to feed into the system brain which lets the system do adjusted actions based on the feedback this blog could help me in that It could help me find the holes in my concepts. Its a brain test I think if I start writing I will realise that there is alot to learn, a lot to dive deep into.

I love deep talks I want to talk about health, wealth, happiness, Art, biology, philosophy, psychology, technology, products, business .. list goes on I have a lot of interests I want to know why humans behave this way I want to know why a business is successful I want to know how to live a better life. The blog might also include feelings, future plans, advices/quotes, and mindset. Some will be private because I like to be misterous and others are public because I want to help people live a better life "hopefully".

Recently I have been Reading Ahmed Alawi Blog Its interesting to learn from them, dive into peoples brains, and recognise what makes people this wayI asked someone what is one habit or a rule that you set a couple of years back that made you who you are today as a "better person"? the answer was: When I started writing my thoughts 8 months ago it totally changed my mind.

How will I commit to this?

  • The future Abdulla will be grateful about the present Abdulla.
  • Make my life better, clear the future path and share my findings with people.
  • Benefit from the experiences more by reflecting back and truly analyse them > what went well? what did not? why? how? where? what?. I have loods of experiences that I think are not fully processed.
  • I want to explore my mind, study it, be more self aware, understand myself, and know who am I.
